1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Products purchased during sale/discount offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn products.

• Customized or altered items.

• Products without original tags/packaging.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund (if eligible).

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

4. Once received and verified, your refund/exchange will be processed.
